the staffs helpfulness struck me. their assistance extended to directions and local tips. the hotel has a restaurant serving tasty dinners, i noted.

the staff were cute, and i am grateful for their friendly service. breakfast had a good selection. it was extensive enough to satisfy different tastes.
There was an issue with the plug in the wash basin. The added cost was a bit unexpected.

I found the breakfast selection provided many choices and the food tasted good. the staff seemed eager to assist with any request i had . my room featured a lovely bath which i definitely enjoyed after a long day. the check-in process was friendly. I felt welcomed immediately.

EXCELLENT stay NEAR Harry Potter Studios!

The hotel location was AMAZING. It was SUPER close, only a one-minute walk, to the shuttle for the Harry Potter studios! The Watford Junction station was also only a minute away, REALLY convenient for traveling into the city. I found the staff to be SO attentive, my room was clean and VERY spacious.
Unfortunately, the water wasn't hot enough in the bath or shower, it was quite cold. This was the ONLY downside to my stay, otherwise, I would DEFINITELY book again!

i found the location excellent near the train station i used for london trips. the staff at reception were helpful and friendly. breakfast included sufficient variety and good coffee. the gym was equipped adequately for basic workouts with several machines.
the bathroom had a slight plumbing issue, though it was addressed promptly by maintenance
